Meetings, dialogue and human moments of sharing are the soul ofEnsueños based on trust and reciprocity built up over time. Designed and implemented by Séverine FontaineThe project is divided into different creative strands, to be shared with as many people as possible in different formats. From 2021 onwards, the French artist will be making sound recordings in the communities (voices, songs, instruments, sounds of nature and animals), which will form the basis and content of the creations. In a collaborative approach, the works are being developed with a view to production in 2025-2026 in Europe and Latin America.

Visual installation

An immersive sound and sensory space that shares the path of light and knowledge of women from ancestral communities in Argentina. In the presence of objects and instruments, at the heart of a circular scenographic space, the work will transmit the ancestral feminine and masculine energies of a living cultural heritage.

360° immersive film

A work in virtual reality and for 360° dome mixing 3D animation and real images. This film will be an intimate and collective experience, a journey through the ancestral territories of Argentina to meet community guides who pass on their teachings, be they human, animal, bird, tree or spirit.

Documentaries

A series of short educational documentaries written in collaboration with women and men from the communities taking part in the project. Each vignette will be produced with a person who will pass on a lesson from his or her territory.

Podcasts

A dialogue between members of ancestral communities in Argentina and scientists, thinkers, philosophers, anthropologists and historians in Europe on the ecological transition and the major contemporary issues facing our societies.
